The short version: Powerline Possum does not collect, store on a server, share or sell any personal data. The game has no account system, no analytics, no advertising and makes no network requests. Everything it saves stays on your device.
What the app stores on your device
To remember your progress between sessions, the app writes a small file inside its own private container on your iPhone or iPad. It contains:
- Fruit balance, Moon XP, total and best distance, run counters and streak days
- Unlocked and selected possums, dreys and districts
- Achievements earned, night goals and their progress
- Your run journal (the last 80 runs: date, district, distance, fruit, weather, how the run ended)
- Settings: theme, haptics, sound, reminder time
This file is never transmitted anywhere. Deleting the app deletes it.
Camera and photo library
The Drey Wall lets you pin your own photos. The app only opens the camera or the photo picker when you tap Camera or Library. A copy of each photo you choose is resized and saved in the app's Documents folder so it can be shown on the wall. The app never scans your library, never reads photos you did not pick, never reads photo location data and never uploads photos. Unpinning a photo deletes the copy; deleting the app deletes all of them.
Notifications
If you turn on the moonrise reminder in Settings, the app asks iOS for notification permission and schedules local notifications on your device. No push service or server is involved. You can turn the reminder off in the app or in iOS Settings at any time.

Our App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected. The app ships a privacy manifest that declares no tracking, no tracking domains and no collected data types.
Children
Powerline Possum is suitable for all ages and, because it collects nothing, no personal information is gathered from children or anyone else.
Your choices
- Erase progress: Settings → Start a new possum life removes fruit, unlocks, achievements, the journal and all pinned photos.
- Revoke camera, photo or notification access: iOS Settings → Powerline Possum.
- Remove everything: delete the app.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes how it handles data, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change. Because the app has no network access, the policy can only change with an app update you choose to install.
